Communication Security

The Internetbanking application may be used only through an SSL protocol. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a security protocol which serves for server identity verification on which you are connecting, while simultaneously it secures the protection and secrecy of the data transferred between you and the bank.

The Slovenská Sporiteľňa Internetbanking server has a security certificate, issued by globally respected certification authority VeriSign.

Check our detailed information about the certificate issued for

Verification of the bank server – if you have chosen to use the digital secure key as a security authentication device in the application as it has a higher level of protection, you can verify it directly in the application if you communicate with the server.

Take the following steps

After you
obtain the verification code from EOK, press the “ENTER“ button on EOK

When the EOK is requesting you to "RESPOND",
enter the response from your bank to the EOK (number, which Internetbanking
sends to you in response to the server)
