Setting the Mozilla Firefox browser for Internetbanking.

For problem-free use of Internetbanking, check the settings of your computer:

• version of the browser Mozilla Firefox in actual version for the operated operating system,
• installed security packages recommended by the supplier of the vendor,
• installing software and signatures to protect your computer against harmful codes,
• enabling encryption SSL 128 bit,
• enabling receipt of Cookies for page ib.slsp.sk,
• enabling communication through port 443 for ib.slsp.sk.

Enabling SSL encryption

Enabling encryption of SSL protocol can be set in IE Tools - Internet Options Internet networks - Advanced - Security- SSL 2.0 and 3.0 must be enabled.

Enabling receipt of Cookies

Tools - Options - Privacy - Cookies - button Exceptions and enter in the window Exceptions - Cookies and type in the Address field of web server https://ib.slsp.sk and acknowledge by Acknowledge button.

Enabling JavaScript processing

Tools - Options - Content - click on Enable JavaScript.

For Internetbanking to work check whether in the Internet browser another module is installed (a so-called AddOn or plugin), which despite the Internet browser being correctly set would block, for example Cookies, execution of JavaScript, etc. (e.g. incorrectly set Google Toolbar, etc.). At the same time, Internetbanking working correctly could affect the personal firewall (program protecting a PC against undesired communication from the Internet), which may also block the above properties (communication protocol SSL, etc.).
