UCITS (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) je európsky regulačný rámec pre investičné fondy a ETF, ktorý stanovuje pravidlá na ochranu investorov, diverzifikáciu a transparentnosť fondu.

Jednoducho je to európsky štandard, ktorý určuje, ako musí byť fond/ETF nastavený, aby mohol byť ponúkaný investorom v EÚ
