Use of the SMS key

  • 4 or 10-character verification code, dependent on the amount of the authorized transaction (4-characters up to  €1,000; 10-characters above €1,000), will be delivered via SMS
  • Valid for 5 minutes from its generation
  • After entering the code, the system will verify it and inform you about the processing state of your order
  • If you entered an incorrect code, the system offers the possibility to generate a new code
  • If a code is entered incorrectly three times in a row, verification will be halted for a period of time due to security reasons
  • Use the SMS key during electronic banking services – Internetbanking George, Databanking, Sporopay and the Client Centre
