How to protect your digital secure key (EOK)

  • Never show the PIN for your EOK, do not make it accessible or even provide it to any other person
  • In case of loss or theft of your key, inform our Client Centre immediately on 0850 111 888 and ask for your EOK to be blocked
  • Never open the cover, except to change the battery
  • The digital secure key will inform you when to change the battery
