What is pharming?

Pharming is based on changing DNS (Domain Name System) items. The user visits web pages that are not original bank pages but are false. They were created by hackers who want to gather client data. The design of the pages is similar or almost identical to the design of the official bank page. A visitor to the page may not know that a false Internet page has been opened.

Pharming may be part of an application that you installed on your mobile device. Hidden viruses installed on a computer without the user’s knowledge can damage programs, change settings and may send sensitive information also you do not know about it.
