I sent money to an account outside the EU. When will the money be credited?
The bank transfers financial funds in EUR, in foreign currency abroad and in foreign currency to the bank with the registered office in the Slovak Republic, depending on the currency of the transfer.
Standard transfer in EUR:
The bank transfer the payment to the recipient’s bank account on the first business day after the day of receiving the payment order (D+1).
Standard transfer in other currencies:
The bank transfers the payment to the recipient’s bank account on the second business day after the day of receiving the payment order (D+2).
Urgent transfer CAD, CZK, EUR, GBP, HUF, HRK, CHF, PLN, RON, USD:
The bank transfers the payment to the recipient’s bank account on the business day of receiving the payment order (D+0).
Urgent transfer in other currencies:
The bank transfers the payment to the account of the recipient’s bank on the first business day after the day of receiving the payment order (D+1).
The bank does not make transfers in AUD, CNY, HKD, JPY, RUB.
The bank only makes cross-border payments during working days (business days of the bank).
