What to do if there is a problem

Situations that could arise:

  • You want to change your password from login
  • You have received a suspicious e-mail
  • You have clicked on a fraudulent link in an e-mail
  • You have entered the data on a fraudulent website
  • You have disclosed data related to your account to a suspicious person
  • Your access to Internetbanking is blocked
  • You have disclosed the date on your card
  • You are suspicious about misuse of data for your account
  • You received funds to your account but are not aware of the source.
