The assistance service is available 24 hours a day in Slovak language.

How to submit a claim after your return to Slovakia:

  • file the report immediately, no more than 30 days after returning to Slovakia,
  • claims must be made in writing using the form provided on the website,
  • complete and sign the form and send it together with the required documents to the address: KOOPERATIVA poisťovňa, a.s. Vienna Insurance Group, Štefanovičova 4, 816 23 Bratislava.
