ERSTE Realitná Renta Expands Portfolio with Strategic Logistics Acquisition

Real estate fund ERSTE Realitná Renta, that is available to clients through Slovenská sporiteľňa, has taken a significant step in its growth strategy by acquiring the Amazon Reverse Center in Sereď. This dynamic move strengthens the fund's position in the market and marks its entry into the real estate logistic segment.

The Amazon Reverse Center in Sereď is one of Amazon’s most important logistics hubs in Europe, being the only fully-dedicated returns processing center on the continent. The property spans over 63,000 m² and offers a stable and predictable cash flow secured by an institutional quality long-term lease and a tenant with the highest covenant.
