Also when despite a duly purchased flight ticket, you do not get on board of the plane as more flight tickets were sold than there are seats in the plane. Benefits of the ClaimAir programme

  • the amount of compensation per flight is from EUR 250 to EUR 600 and depends on the duration of the flight,
