- term deposit - opening, additional deposit, withdrawal,
- activation, deactivation of the Mail and SMS courier service for clients using the Mail Banking, SMS Banking or SIM Toolkit Banking services,
- change of the Mail Banking service - entering, change of the definition or cancellation of sending the electronic statement,
- acceptance of a request for re-issue of payment card made by the account holder,
- change of the e-mail address or mobile phone number to which messages are sent via the Mail Banking or SMS Banking services.
Operator will provide information referring specifically to your account:
- account balance, reservations, blockages, pledges, disposable balance,
- all executed turnovers,
- overview of payment cards of a client,
- overview of standing orders,
- overview of collection approvals,
- overview of term deposits opened via electronic banking.
Operator will provide information about mortgage and consumer loans (extended after 1 January 2000):
- loan balance as of the actual date,
- amount of loan,
- amount of installment,
- interest rates,
- paid installments,....
Operator will provide basic information about a client's SPORO mutual funds account:
- actual value of the client's assets in individual funds,
- number of a client's unit-linked certificates in individual mutual funds,
- actual price of unit-linked certificate of individual mutual funds, information about the processing state of submitted applications.
General information regarding collective investment and mutual funds shall be provided to all general public also in the future.
