- By calling the Slovenská sporiteľňa, a. s. public phone number 0850 111 888 (+421 258 268 111 from abroad), your call will be answered by the automatic voice system of the Bank that will navigate you in the application tree.
- You will make your phone call from any place in Slovakia for the price of a local call.
- Every person that calls the abovementioned number will receive the freely accessible general information such as exchange rate list, specific currency rate, code list of banks, etc.
- From any place within the application, you can be connected to the operator by pressing the key
on your phone.
When signing such a contract, you select accounts that you wish to administer via this communication channel as well as method of your identification in accordance with the scope of operations that you wish to perform:
- if you decide for the login method via identification number and password, only the information about your account will be accessible to you,
- if you are interested also in executing payment orders, you can decide to:
- log in by entering identification number, password and using a GRID card,
- log in by entering identification number and electronic personal key.
