Every mobile phone has a security chip, which in combination with the PIN code uniquely identifies the user. Following a third unsuccessful attempt at entering the PIN code the SIM card is blocked, the result of which is concurrent blocking of SMS banking services. A SIM card can be unblocked by the GSM mobile network operator on the basis of the client's personal request.
