Accounts in Slovenská sporiteľňa in a new fashion – all the services for one price
Slovenská sporiteľňa started a new era in provision of accounts. The bank is aiming for transparency, simplicity, complexity und comprehensibility. With the new Personal account, the client receives all he/she needs for management of personal finances for one price and he/she is rewarded for card payments.
When developing the Personal account, Slovenská sporiteľňa used the results of its own survey according to which bank clients consider unlimited usage of payment card, unlimited number of bank transactions without additional charges and reliable e-banking as the most important account features. “The new Personal account fully takes into consideration the requirements of clients, who want to know what services they are paying for. We also tried to make it more attractive. Financial reward for card payments and unlimited number of transactions which the client can realize, will convince people of the advantages of this new account,” says Štefan Panenka, Head of Deposit Products Department and adds: “By paying with the card, the client can even lower the monthly fee for Personal account to zero.”
Those who choose the new Personal account, get the following banking services and transactions for one price:
- unlimited number of standing orders and collections within Slovakia (payments for lease, gas, electricity, phone, insurances and other),
- electronic payment card,
- unlimited number of card payments,
- the possibility to withdraw cash in the largest network of 653 ATMs of Slovenská sporiteľňa in Slovakia and in ATMs of Erste Group abroad,
- Internetbanking, Telephonebanking, Mobilbanking,
- allowed overdraft povolené prečerpanie,
- establishing an unlimited number of standing orders and collection consents in banks’ sales point and also via Internetbanking and their use free of charge, you can also change or cancel these via Internetbanking,
- one-off payment orders via electronic banking,
- cashless deposits,
- account statement via mail, e-mail and SMS after each turnover on account.
As an owner of Personal account, you are also credited 0.5% to your account from each purchase paid with card. For example, for card payments worth EUR 200, you get back 1 euro.
The new Personal account with a monthly fee of EUR 4.90 can be opened in any of the 276 sales points of Slovenská sporiteľňa. Clients who already have an account with Slovenská sporiteľňa, can also obtain the Personal account via electronic banking by simply changing the settings of their current account.
