Log-in password
You will receive an eight-digit password in a PIN envelope upon signing the "Contract on the Provision and Use of Electronic Services". In logging into the Internetbanking application you enter this password together with your identification number, assigned to you by the bank and stated in the contract.
You can change the password at any time in the application, where the new password must contain at minimum 8 digits and must fulfil the security criteria. A password may not contain identical digits (e.g. 11111111), a direct arithmetic progression (e.g. 12345678) or multiple identical consecutive digits (e.g. 00001111, 12121212, 88233691), where n ≥2.
