GRID card advantages for clients
- simple manipulation - the client enters certification code on the basis of a system's request consisting of coordinates of the code position in the grid,
- low fee - Slovenská sporiteľňa collects fee in the amount of SKK 50,- for issuing a GRID card,
- comfortable for carrying - size of a GRID card is identical to the size of a payment card,
- universal use in active Phone Banking services (Internet Banking, Phone Banking, Sporotel).
- The first column contains description of lines (A, B, C, D, E, F), the first line contains description of columns (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6). The 6x6 matrix contains embossed four-digit decimal numbers (certification codes) in 36 positions. Within a GRID card, certification codes are unique and codes with identical digits are out of question.
- A ten-digit serial number of a GRID card is located in the upper right-hand corner.
- The reverse side of the card contains pre-printed contact data, warning in Slovak and English language and address of the card issuer.
- After being asked by the system, enter the number from the requested field of your GRID card. The request consists of the code ordinates in the grid (e.g. A2 - enter the number from the intersection of line A and column 2).
- The system will verify correctness of the certification code and notify you of the state of transaction procedure. In case of an incorrect figure, the system will offer a correction of code entering, you can enter maximum 3 incorrect codes, afterwards, certification will be denied to you for some period of time due to security reasons.
