- Do not ever give your PIN to anyone else!
- In case of loss or theft of your EPK, immediately inform the Bank!
- By calling 0850 111 888 (+421 258 268 111 from abroad), 0915 111 888 (+421 915 111 888 from abroad), 0910 111 888 (+421 910 111 888 from abroad), you can ask for blockage on your EPK.
- Do not ever try to open the apparatus case for other reasons than battery exchange.
- Exchange battery immediately after the EPK notifies you.
- Avoid environments that cause electric shocks.
- Avoid big temperature changes.
